Chef and owner Paul Le knows that dreams can come true with hard work and dedication. In search of a mission and a challenge, Paul left Lafayette only to return within years of living from coast to coast. When Paul decided to come back home, his dream became reality when he opened one of Acadiana's first sushi restaurants. Since opening its doors in 2000, Bonsai Sushi Bar has grown to become a successful, locally-owned business with a friendly staff and many loyal customers.
